Government decisions are constantly impacting NRG and the future of our success. NRG works to promote the issues that help us thrive by developing relationships with elected officials who make decisions on the issues that affect us. One of the company’s most valuable resources in these efforts is the NRG Political Action Committee (“NRG PAC”).
As employees, our PAC represents one way to make our voices heard in the political arena. NRG PAC allows NRG employees to pool personal, voluntary financial contributions to support candidates seeking elective office who understand our industry. When you participate in NRG PAC, you invest in the future success of our company, our customers, and our employees.
Governance
The NRG PAC is governed by a PAC Board comprised of nine members from a broad cross-section of the company. The diverse group is representative of various business functions and provides oversight and direction of PAC activities.
The NRG PAC Board meets regularly to review, discuss, and approve PAC operations and activities.
